sequences and preparatory variations 
that have been developed and proven for decades by B.K.S. Iyengar.

The focus of the
first week
of the month is on strengthening, stretching and stimulating standing postures,
which provide an important foundation for all the more advanced exercises.
 
In the
second week
of the month I will introduce you to forward stretches,
which stretch the back of the body and have a calming effect.
 
In the
third week
of the month we practise 
backward stretches,
which stretch the front of the body and have a particularly stimulating and mood-lifting effect.
 
In the
fourth week
of each month we practice restorative postures and pranayama (breathing exercises),
which have a particularly deep relaxing and calming effect on the body and consciousness.
 
Regular participation will make your body stronger and more flexible.
Your consciousness will become more alert, flexible and balanced.
You will face the challenges of everyday life
with more clarity and relaxation
and learn to enjoy the beautiful sides of life more.
